Ingredients:
2 c. canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
¼ c. tahini paste
¼ c. lemon juice (can sub lime juice, in a pinch)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 T. olive oil (can sub canola oil)
1 T. paprika
½ c. roasted red peppers (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl
