A nice little award winning chili recipe for those cold game days where you want to enjoy a good meal and then drop air biscuits towards those assholes siting next to you in the opposing team jerseys. Your stomach will be full and your farts will be well aimed and targeted towards those who deserve it.


  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 (15 oz) cans of chili beans
  • 1 (15oz) can of kidney beans
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with juice (15oz)
  • 1 can tomato paste (6oz)
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 2 jalapenos (chopped)
  • 3 cubes beef bullion
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp white sugar

Optional ingredients:

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 pound beef tips
  • 1 Tbsp (or 2 strips) bacon bits



1. Brown beef and sausage.

2. Mix the rest of that shit together and simmer over low heat for at least 2-3 hours (the longer the better). This award winning chili recipe is perfect for a crock pot.

3. You can top it with cheese, sour cream, saltines, oyster crackers, fritos, Tabasco, or whatever else you like.
