Steak Fajitas for the crock pot. After 6-8 hours you have perfectly shreddable steak fajitas and they are mouth-watering. It will take some set up but around dinner, you can relax like the lazy POS you internally are.

Ingredients
  1. 1 2 1/2 lb. flank steak
  2. 1/4 c. McCormick Sweet & Smokey Rub®
  3. 2 T. salt
  4. 2 T. worcestershire sauce
  5. 3 T. teriyaki sauce
  6. 1 large onion, cut in half and sliced
  7. 2 red peppers, sliced into strips
  8. Sour Cream (optional)
  9. Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the flank steak on a cutting board and dry it with paper towels.
  2. Cover on both sides with the Sweet & Smokey Rub, pressing it onto the steak.
  3. Place the steak in your crock pot and cover with the pepper and onion slices.
  4. Pour in the teriyaki and worcestershire sauce and set to cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. This can also be cooked on high for 4-5 hours until it shreddable with 2 forks.
Notes
  1. You can also turn these leftovers into steak fajita quesadillas by adding some cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
