Ingredients:

1 loaf of French bread

Cooking spray

Italian seasoning (to taste)

Garlic powder (to taste)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cube the French bread into ½” – 1” squares. Spread the cubed bread onto a cookie sheet in a single layer. Liberally spray the cubed bread with cooking spray and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Flip the seasoned bread cubes over using a spatula and repeat the seasoning process. Bake croutons for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool and store in a sealed container at room temperature.
