- 1 bunch of spinach leaves, torn
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp cooking or olive oil
- 2 Tbsp powdered Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- Combine spinach, onion, bacon, and fresh Parmesan into a large salad bowl. Mix oil. powdered Parmesan and parsley. Drizzle of salad and toss.
