Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 4 rolls
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package of pesto
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

  • Cut chicken into pieces and put in frying pan. Cook thoroughly.
  • Put cut up chicken onto buns, add tomato slices, add pesto, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Toast open faced in oven or toaster oven.
  • Combine oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl and drizzle over sandwiches.
