- 3 Chicken breasts
- 4 rolls
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 package of pesto
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Cut chicken into pieces and put in frying pan. Cook thoroughly.
- Put cut up chicken onto buns, add tomato slices, add pesto, and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Toast open faced in oven or toaster oven.
- Combine oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl and drizzle over sandwiches.
