Ingredients:

  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup finely diced onion (white or red)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded, diced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lime juice

Directions:

  1.  In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, salt, and lime juice.
  2. Chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
