Cheesy Sweet Potato Crisps are an excellent creative and healthy side dish. So try it.


  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat oven to 425
  • peel potatoes
  • Grate potatoes and squeeze moisture out of them. (the less about of moisture the crispier these bastards will be)
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the potatoes
  • use an ice cream scoop to scoop out and place on wire rack
  • Press as thin as possible
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes
