Ah queso dip… An original, a legend and a deliciously simple appetizer that unless you have no proper taste buds, you will be sure to love. It’s super cheesy and creamy and not overly spicy, unless you want it to be. In that case torque it up to where you can handle. Some say this queso dip recipe strongly resembles that of a local restaurant know as Chili’s. Those people would be correct.

What is nice about this tasty bastard recipe is that is can be cut in half to suit your needs. Don’t need 2 pound of this shit, no problem at all. However, if you need 6 pounds of this shit, double some things up and but a crapload of ships. Overall, this recipe is perfect for parties, tailgating and get-togethers. If you are watching football and don’t have this cooking on the stove there is something wrong with you and you need to be checked. But down the veggie tray and get real with things.
