  • 2 pounds chicken
  • 2 tablespoons or 1 package of dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 12 ounces Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • buns to serve
  • lettuce – optional
  • onion slices – optional
  • tomato slices – optional


Pressure Cooker directions

Place two pounds of chicken, 12 ounces of hot sauce, 1/2 cup butter, dry Ranch dressing mix into the pressure cooker, set timer to 30 minutes. When cooking time has completed wait for pressure to release and then remove chicken and sauce. Shred chicken, and then add back part of the juices from the chicken. To serve place chicken on buns and add the desired toppings.

Slow Cooker times:

Cook on low for 7 tp 8 hours

Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours
