A nice little Ultimate Tiger Chili recipe for those cold game days where you want to enjoy a good meal and then drop air biscuits towards those assholes siting next to you in the opposing team jerseys. Your stomach will be full and your farts will be well aimed and targeted towards those who deserve it. This recipe heats up very well and makes enough to feed your entire tailgate party. You can also make it vegetarian by leaving off the beef (obviously). And if you want some spice to your life, add in more jalapenos or cayenne pepper. That with much larger testicles will add ghost peppers.

 



 

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 (15 oz) cans of chili beans
  • 1 (15oz) can of kidney beans
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with juice (15oz)
  • 1 can tomato paste (6oz)
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 2 jalapenos (chopped)
  • 3 cubes beef bullion
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregeno
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp white sugar

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 pound beef tips
  • 1 Tbsp (or 2 strips) bacon bits
  • A shitload more cayenne pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and sausage.
  2. Mix the rest of that shit together and simmer over low heat for at least 2-3 hours (the longer the better). You can use a crock pot and just let it sit all day long.
  3. You can top it with cheese, sour cream, saltines, oyster crackers, fritos, Tabasco, or whatever else you like.
