Purple Eye Punch is perfect when you want an interesting drink but don’t want to have to get out the blender or mess with 20 different ingredients. Definitely some interesting ones in this awesome drink, but nothing impossible to find. Hint… The Black Currant juice can be found at Trader Joe’s. You can add some booze to it if you want, probably vodka would taste the best with these ingredients. Maybe some rum. who knows, try some different things out and let us know how it goes.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 3 cups Black currant juice (or can sub black cherry juice)
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Optional… 4-5 leaves of fresh mint
Directions:
- Mix it all up, pour over ice, and drink that drink.
- Maybe add vodka… who knows.
